An Alabama Rosie

An Alabama Rosie

On a previous trip to Montgomery several of us had the great fortune to meet Alabama native Mrs Hazel Phillips who told her story of being a real live Rosie the Riveter during WWII! With her 89th birthday we have her penciled in to meet, and speak, to the kids at our Capitol Day event! She LOVED meeting our kids before and they enjoyed her stories. Since things have changed up we decided to share a video we took on the day we went. Please excuse the quality, but we hope you will enjoy the stories.
